After going to other dealers and feeling bombarded and beat up I stumbled upon Quality Car Connection. Now I don't have the best credit in the world (who does these days?) but where most car dealers would stick their nose up in the air and make you feel like you are a horrible person for not having perfect credit, Quality Car was willing to work with me. Jeff was really nice and helpful without being too pushy or too "in your face". I ended up getting a Toyota matrix and I would definitely buy from there again.

Went to quality car connection to look for a used car. While there Crisol came up to my wife and I. She told to take are time. We saw a Kia Sportage and my wife askedif we can take it for a test rd, she said sure and take your time. We came back and asked how much. I then gave a offer and she called Mike the owner, and he accepted. We left with it..... Need a used car go to quality car connection, they will do you right.

I am now riding a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire, it's got 105K on it, has the Carfax of regular maintenance, runs great, and is paid for!!

Bought a 2010 impala overall experience was real good. Happy with the car i purchase. Great sales people weren't too pushy, and very informant about the vehicle. They were helpful with the financing.

We bought a work truck from these guys and had a great experience. The salesman Jeffery was very friendly and didn't pressure us at all. They gave us a good deal on the vehicle and it came with a 30 day warranty. The truck is running great and I am very happy that I purchased from these guys. I highly recommend this shop.

Let me just say the service was great! I had a budget and knew the vehicle I wanted. I asked for the straight facts about financing, down-payment, and monthly payments, and that is what I got. There was no BS sales tricks to get you to buy. We got a great SUV, with a great warranty as well. To say I am happy is an understatement. Best of all, my wife is happy! You know what they say "happy Wife, happy Life!"

The respect that I was treated with was phenomenal. In times like these, it's very easy for merchants to look at you strange and make you feel less than a person if you were hit hard by the credit crisis. I was never made to feel like a number but, a person. I purchased a 2002 VW Jetta 1.8T and I am so very pleased with my purchase. Trust me, if you want to get on the right track to help your credit, and get a good, used automobile, this is the place in La Mesa you want to go.

They did not follow us around, pressure us, or hassle us, we just looked at the cars, chose one we liked, he gave us the keys, we took it for a test drive, bought it, took it to my mechanic, car was flawless. No pressure, no BS, just a good affordable car.

We just decided we had to yelp about how this is not the usually sleezy car place with creepy car sales men. No pushy business here just honesty and respect. Looking for a pre-owned car gives me a headache! I had been searching for a used Acura forever. I went to several car lots and never felt comfortable until I meet Jeff at Quality Car Connection. There was no pressure and the process was simple. I'm more than happy with my new Acura and the great deal they gave me. I also want to thank Mike for spending time with me and showing me how to use the navigation system 2 days after I purchased the car.

I purchased a truck from them last March when they were just getting started and I have to say their customer service was exceptional. The truck is still running good and I love it. These guys stand by their word and their product.

Such a pleasure to do business with the people at this establishment. A very nice respite from the pushy, over zealous, fast talking car salesman. Both Mike and Jeff were great. They gave me a very nice price on my trade-in vehicle and I was able to walk out that day with a great car for a more than fair price. I would reccomend looking at the inventory on their website. I went there with three cars in mind and left with the first one. Very honest and up-front information, no sales pitches. These guys let me look at the car and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't come in for or afford. I can't say it enough a great place to buy a car.

I have been meaning to write this for a LONG time, but life has gotten in the way. In October 2011, my husband and I had our second baby on the way and needed a family car QUICK! We had done a lot of research online before going anywhere. Quality Car Connection had quite a few of the vehicles we were interested in. They sales guys were nice and did not pressure us. They let us test drive (with our car seat and toddler) multiple vehicles without the rundown on each car. When we decided which one we wanted, they were upfront about the process details, and fees. Within a week of purchasing our Volvo, a critical error popped up on the dashboard and the (automatic) transmission continued to stall and fail. Upon calling the office, they immediately referred us to their mechanic and resolved the issue with no charge to us. I would recommend them to ANYONE! I would also recommend that anyone do research about what you want/need BEFORE going ANYWHERE!!!
