i go in this location serveral times a week and for the most part i have a good experience. However, i have had several not so good encounters with the manager Danielle. She is rude and often has a attitude. i have heard her talk about customers several times. Today i was in there and a customer have her the wrong pump number. She said now you are going to have to wait and thats why we put pump numbers on the machines. When the customer left out of the location she was still going on about why people dont pay attention and they put pump numbers on the machines and people need to learn how to pay attention. She is very rude and lacks good customer service. This is one incident of many with the same person Danielle. i drive all the way across town most times to go to a different Quik and Easy just to avoid her. Something needs to be done to her. I have called in on her once. Good luck if you go to this location!
