I needed two cracked windows replaced as quickly as possible. After calling half a dozen places that estimated six weeks to install (since they send measurements out to have a vendor cut and ship their glass), I called "Pyramid Glass & Windows." Eugene was at my house within 30 minutes to measure and was already calling in to have the glass cut locally. Although the installation was originally scheduled for 2 days later, they actually returned to my house only a couple hours later to install the new windows!! These guys were professional from estimate appt to completion of my Mom's project....replace dual pane glass door slider & living room Windows. Price was right; total time less than 2 hours for estimation & installation 2 days later.

Quick, professional, honest, hardworking men were at my house only 20 minutes after i called. The whole bathroom window was completely repaired within 1 hour of my phone estimate. And after 3 calls to other window repair shops in Tucson, they were the lowest cost, friendliest and fastest. And the new bathroom window looks fantastic! I would highly recommend them. I am so impressed with Pyramid Glass & Window. Unfortunately I walked up to our local business office this morning only to find that someone had thrown a rock through our front window. After calling multiple window companies and being told I was out of luck, or it would take over a week to get a double pane window in...Eugene and his employee's came to save the day! I called at 11 A.M. and my window was just finished at 1:40 P.M. They cleaned up after themselves and got the job done right! If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is!
