We used this company once before and the service was fine. Unfortunately, that electrician left this state. We scheduled an appointment for Travis to visit us to prepare an estimate for two different and sizable projects. Travis is in charge of scheduling. The time for his arrival came and went, but no one came. Two days later my wife called and asked what happened. Travis replied "Haven't you heard of cell phones. Why didn't you call me when I did not come. I forgot and you should have reminded me." We have scheduled with another company and will never use them again.

I've been waiting 8 darn years for my landlord to get around to installing a ceiling fan in my bedroom and recently gave up waiting for him.I called Mike Thursday, he came, looked, told me what kind of fan I needed to buy and installed the fan on Saturday. Even tho I forgot to give him the online coupon I got from here the price was VERY reasonable. So, why did I wait 8 darned years...?Next, maybe more ceiling fans or even a dishwasher!

Purinton installed a whole house fan. They were prompt, courteous and even cleaned up the jobsite. Highly recommended.
