The experiences that we have had with Puppy Love with our dog Samantha have been wonderful. The owner & staff have been friendly, calming and a delight. Samantha looks and smells so good after being pampered and she walks around with her head high wearing a scarf. Kinda funny seeing a black lab behaving this way. It did take 2 trips to get her to stop smelling of skunk, but hey, the skunk got Sam good. BTW, they do a wonderful job on the nail trimming! I have and would recommend Puppy Love.

We dropped off our 2 year old 75lb Airedale. We told the front person that our dog is friendly but doesn't like his nails being done, so if he's too anxious, don't do it. When we made the appointment, we told them he's high energy and isn't a fan of bathing. We were told, essentially "No problem". We picked him up, he looks like hell! There's bare spots in some places and high sports in others! He's got a big scrape on his left shoulder is gimpy when he walks. They did not do the nails and charged us a $10 fee for "having to muzzle him". He's never bitten anyone. So, not only did they not bathe him, or do his nails and did a horrific job, they charged us extra. We would have been significantly happier if they'd just stopped, called/left a message with us and said "This isn't working, so we're going to leave him be..." He was so traumatized, he came home and slept for 5 hours... He NEVER does that. We certainly won't be back!
