Unproffesional and Rude by
First these guys charge an admission that is not listed on their website. The admission is also per person. They have an extremely unprofessional attitude and are very rude. They are also not 2A friendly. If you dare show up armed they will harass you and demand to search you and your belongings. Don't bother trying to speak with a manager. The one I spoke to couldn't be bothered to stand up straight and quit leaning on the counter waiting for me to go away. Go to the yards in Kent.
Total rip off by
Place is a total rip off. Went there for a $39.99 bumper. Very rude cashier (she has been there forever, always been snotty). She charged me $7.99 each for the blinkers that were in the fender and $4.99 each for the 4 small plastic mounting brackets. Plus an "environmental fee" no mention of that in their pricing. All told with tax my $39.99 bumper came to over $86.00. I spent an hour finding and pulling that thing. I walked out with nothing. I will not be back. Save yourself the frustration and find a car parting on craigslist.
Pull A Part now known at Pick N Pull should be known as pain in the neck! by
Overall: Bad Experience, lost time and money.I called to check on a part, the message refered me to the website then hung up on me. The website listed more than 1 of what I needed. I arrived & was immediately asked to wait while the customer 'dis'service rep answered the phone & priced a part for the caller! They did not have any of what I needed! I drove 30 miles (rt) and lost an hour of my time all because I listened to and believed them! I will not return even if it means spending more money else where. Good luck to all who use them, you will need it ;~)
Pull a part is the best around by
I have had many opportunities to use salvage yards in the Western Washington area and Pull a part in Tacoma (on 112th St) has never disappointed. 99% of the time if you call and ask about a particular model and year, they can tell you if it's there and if not, cross it over to an identical model by another brand ( Buick parts for Oldsmobiles for example). The $1.00 to get in is good for re-entry if need be; and if the part they sell you doesn't work, you can bring it back. Be ready for a gang of mud though.
still, they should give back the dollar they scammed from you. by

Poor service, no guarantee by
Called the comapany to see about parts, told me the car was there, even when I arrived the car was listed as being available for parts. No car in the yard. Go back to the office, and it is now in a place where I am not allowed. I paid to get into this wrecking yard, and was told to my face by the employee the car was available. This was a direct lie from their companys employee. And they dont refund your money for lieing to you. You get a smart a** attitude and told to have a nice day.###Great job Pull A Part. You failed.
