Pink Gloves Dance for Breast Cancer by Rosheen - 11/23/2009Every once in a while, a You Tube video sweeps the country. Your joyful Pink Gloves Dance is one such video. Last week I attended a beautiful funeral service for the beloved daughter of dear friends of ours who had just passed away after a six year long battle with breast cancer. Four years ago, as my Mother lay dying in the hospital of complications from colon cancer, my best friend of almost forty years, lay dying at home of breast cancer. Since I was busy at the hospital with my Mom, I missed saying good bye to my dear friend, and I have never forgotten it.With so much sadness with this awful disease, I was so moved by the wonderful video you and the whole staff put on. It put a new face on breast cancer.With the new suggestions I've seen on tv for having a mammogram every two years instead of every year, I fear we will loose more daughters, Moms, best friends, sisters etc to this terrible disease. I thank you for bringing attention to what could be prevented or cured.
Definitely a fine place by Bodhi - 10/24/2007I had a very successful experience there having a superficial surgury there. Loved the beauty of the garden and the places to sit in quietness that they provided. My care was perfect.
