Great Care in Stressful Times by ginny - 10/15/2007
Recently, my husband had to be admitted to the emergency room three days in a row. Each time, although we had different ER doctors, we were treated with such respect and good care that it made the visits seem a lot less scsry than they could have been. The procedures for testing and treatment were explained thoroughly and both my husband and I were brought into the decision making. Fortunately, my husband's heart specialist and his primary care physician were kept informed so that a procedure for curing the problem could be arranged so that we did not have to return. Each person that we dealt with during these visits made them positive experiences.
