The stay was nothing but fantastic, expectations were exceeded in every aspect.

My husband and I had to cancel our reservation at the last minute. We were charged for the room and were issued a gift certificate. When I later booked a reservation to use it, I told them the kind of g.c. I had, and made the reservation 48 hours before arrival, which is their policy for that kind of g.c. Upon arrival, they accepted it as full payment. We had a great stay, but when we got our credit card bill they charged us the full amount for our room! I called them thinking it was a mistake and the man I talked to was very rude & told me that they had discussed our situation and decided that we shouldn't have been able to use our gift certificate for that night, so we would be charged for the night we stayed. He also told us that we could still use our gift certificate!! I wondered how many times we'd have to pay for a room before they would accept the gift certificate we had already paid for. After finally getting ahold of the manager, they reluctantly gave me a partial refund.
