From the time I received their phonecall to the time my documents were destroyed, I received excellent customer service. In addition, to the excellent service their whole staff is very pleasant and will do anything to accomodate your needs. I highly recommend them for any of your document destruction needs. I needed to get rid of years of old files, nearly 200 boxes. Proshred was fast, easy, and efficient. Their truck really eats paper! Having been in business for 13 years lots of records never got properlly destroyed, Proshred destroyed them in about an hour. I highly recomend their service.

I recently sold my house and called Proshred to have them destroy all of my tax documents, old paystubs, bills, etc. They came right to my home and the kind customer service man helped me with the boxes. It was so convenient for me and very affordable- I will never sit in front of my tiny shredder again!! Also, I was able to watch the shredding on the TV screen mounted on the truck. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this company was owned by members of my community. Proshred provided competitive pricing, exceptional customer service and scheduling which met my needs.
