My repair was done on 7-22-2013 and I am so happy I called. I needed my washing machine fixed and Pete, the owner, came out personally and did a wonderful job! He told me my options for repair and the cost was very reasonable. We even received a military discount. Pete was professional and I highly recommend this local repair service.

Bad news: washing machine started leaking! It is a Kenmore, so I called Sears and got the Phillippines! The prices that were quoted to me were all close to $300! I was a mess from the worry. Then I got online and into the local yellow pages (Dexknows) and found Prompt Appliance. Spoke to owner Peter on the phone and learned they are indeed local - in North Port -- he set up a Port Charlotte repairman to come the next morning nice & early as I requested and the washer was fixed in no time. Peter had given me the probably cost of the repair (new pump) and it turned out to be a little less, plus I used the Dexknows coupon for another $10 OFF. So $152 later, my washer runs great and I am very grateful for honest, local service. Don't call the Phillippines! Call locally. I was certainly glad I did. Thanks, Peter and Justin!!!

Can't tell you how pleased I am with Prompt appliances and the service from their company. I called and they was here within 2 hours. He explain the problem fixed it and told me how to do it myself the next time. I will recommend them any time to all my friends Thank youPs. Your service men are also very polite and well groomed
