good for property owners, not good for renters by dma84 - 05/23/2008I would recommend this business to anybody who wants PPM to manage their property, but not to anybody who wants to rent property through PPM. They are all for the interest of the property owner with no considerations for renter's needs. They try to get as much money out of the renters' pockets as they can get, and one way to get money is to make renters responsible to pay for maintenance and yardwork. All other apartments I have rented included these services at no extra cost. Also some of the personnel have been very rude to their clients, deceptive, and not helpful.
I made a big mistake by renting through them, but I hope that anyone who reads this looking for a place to rent will save their money and much stress by looking elsewhere.
Anyone who is looking for someone to rent out your property for you, this place is a winner. I would give PPM 5 stars if I had been on that side of the deal!
