I called Professional Plumbing and they promised to come out that day after 4:00 pm. They neither showed up or called. I waited two days for them to call. I called them back and they said surely that day because they were behind. When the tech showed up, he took the bottom off because it was leaking. He could not see where it was leaking so he said your pump is busted and the machine is old. You need a new dishwasher and charged me $69.00 and said call me when you get the dishwasher and I will give you a good deal. After he left, I pulled the dishwasher out and saw that the hose had slipped of and that was why it was leaking. I called the company and requested that they return and fix the original problem. He said he would send someone. I didn't hear from them in three days so I called Mr. Plumber who gave first class service. I will never call Professional Plumbing again.
