Conduct business with this outfit at your peril! My electric fireplace unit was functional at the time it was placed in the hands of Professional Fireplace for routine maintenance of light bulb replacement and a squeak that had developed. When I went to pick it up I insisted that it be turned on and found it non-functional. The changing of light bulbs took a month and seven calls from me to make that happen. I made a total of 17 calls over a period of three months. The last suggestion was that I come and pick the fireplace up. A total non-functional unit for which I have paid over three hundred dollars in parts and service. : I have experienced a total loss of confidence in John and question his ability to have made repairs on this unit without creating more problems. It would seem to me that a helter-skelter approach to repair has been implemented. I question the cascading failure of the unit while in his keep.

No problem with the bill.If it wasn'tt for mistakes and paperwork, I wouldn't have anything to do?? It was totally by chance i happened to find the numbers not adding up. Anyways I hope Justin hasn't worried about it. It's no big deal. Besides I was very impressed with him, so don't wish to get him in trouble. He was very courteous and polite, also was very careful to not "dirty" my little house, nor did he waste any time ...lol. I discovered quickly that the best way I could be of "help" to him was simply stay out of the way! Even so Justin was very personable, too. He has my respect as well as appreciation. Thank you both.
