Ignorant and not straight forward

Called for a quote for a simple clutch replacement - "we can't tell you until we look at the car". Why? "There could be many things causing clutch to slip" Like what? Hydraulics.Stay away. I do.

Beware of this place. My car could not pass emissions and they said it needed a new catalytic converter. That is an expensive part to replace. They never took it off to test it, just guessed. I knew it was not that part and got my money back. Went down the street to Comprehensive Car Care which is honest and only a few miles west. It was ONLY a sensor part that needed replacement. It was my first time there and definitely my last........

We've been taking our Hondas to Pro pretty much since they first opened (5 of them now). They're very nice, professional, honest and will try to match or beat other's prices. They've also done a great job in finding less expensive fixes for my husband - located a rebuilt transmission in California for him and did the repair for half what the dealership wanted. Al hires the very best mechanics certified by the car companies of each brand they service. What's not to like?

I've been taking my 2004 Acura TL to the guys at Pro Auto Care for the last year. It's great to know as a single woman/parent that I can trust what I'm told and the price is fair! I'm always treated well, they are always on time, and it's not impossible to get an appointment with them! Thanks Mannie and Al for ALL you've done for me from the broken window motor to regular maintenance!!
