I have hired Princess Limo for my bachelor party (38-pass bus) and my wedding (22-pass Escalade SUV), and couldn’t be happier with the service. Richard, the owner, always has his vehicles looking immaculate inside and out and managers Brian & Paul have always made booking easy and made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely the most professional company in the local area and it shows. I highly recommend Princess Limo, and am looking forward to my next trip in October.

I've spoken with both Rich and Brian a few times and every time, they have been so helpful in guiding me in the right direction for my limousine needs. A great company with personable and friendly staff and affordable prices!

They have been In business since 1985, with exceptional service, and a legacy of excellence. I have had the honor and privilege to work with such an outstanding staff willing to answer any question, flexible in accomodations, every customer and business is very important to them. I used this company last year for my birthday and had the greatest experience. The driver was punctual and early, I even gave him some of the chocolates I had for the 40 passengers. This past year I had an extremely different experience. Not only did I go and set my own bus up with all the booze and drinks and decorations, I also still tipped the driver well. When it came time for departure we left over an hr early to get back in time, but a light snow fall had hit and the bus driver went 45 miles and hour the whole way home so it turned the trip into an hr and a half. The contract clearly states if your over a half hour you have to pay an extra hundred and then for every so many minutes on top of that some more. WE ARRIVE AT EXTRA A HALF AN HOUR AFTER EVERYONE EXCEPT 4 PEOPLE WERE OFF THE BUS CUZ HE KEPT PUSHING TO GET INTO THE PARKING LOT THAT HAD AN INCH AND A HALF OF SNOW WHICH TOOK 8 MINS THEN CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 145 dollars. Again almost all 40 people were off the bus except for four people that were going to carry the last of the chasers back to the car with the left over alcohol. We tried to tell him we would just walk. He said give me your card so I can charge you extra. I called the company right when I arrived at my car and we'll a two times following days without any response. Finally I wrote an email. But only to have the manager state he was not going to call me back and that I signed the contract, conpletely disregarding everything I had mentioned about stI'll being back in time. Complete disregard to my loyal service and let me tell you renting a 40 passenger bus with 20 percent tip on top of the bus is not cheap. I hope no one uses this service.

Best limo company out there. They have a hugh selection of limos that are well mantained. They are ALWAYS ontime at the pickups. The owner Rich is awesome to deal with hes a great guy,and also the office managers Paul and Brian are awesome as well. They have never let me down. Great work princess limo!!!

We are a family of three including a 12-yr-old child.



On June 23 & 28 of 2013, we used Princess Limousine's services to and from Logan Airport. We appreciate greatly an excellent line of communication from Paul and other staff members of the company who guided us from how to reserve limos on two separate dates to and from the airport. Their explanations of costs involved were always clear from the beginning, and we knew exactly how much such round-trip limo rides would cost us. Every email message from them answers every question we asked in great detail. The final transaction process involving credit card information was also clear and secure.



A courteous driver arrives 15 minutes early to pick us up at our house and drove us safely to the airport. On our return trip, upon disembarking, we didn't know how to get hold of a driver. So, I called the office and they immediately called the driver who then immediately called us with clear instructions on where the limo pickup is at Logan Airport. Of course, our return ride home was nice and comfortable.



We would also like to comment on how clean and tidy the interiors of both vehicles we rode on. Water bottles on ice were a nice touch as well.



We would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone.
