I bought a Subaru Impreza 2008 from them. Best experience I ever had buying a car.

Honestly, I don't usually write reviews but this car buying experience is as good as it gets. The opposite of pushy, Eric was the most laid back , friendly and nice sales person I ever dealt with. Primera wants to make sure you are getting a vehicle that fits your needs. The process is a bit different than any other car buying experience. You go to the lot, drive the cars, pick the one that fits your needs, put a small deposit down and they fix everything that is wrong, including things like replacing a timing belt or gaskets that notoriously break with Subaru's.

My son and I were looking for a replacement car that unfortunately was totaled and we dreaded the dealers and experience. We had two terrible encounters and then I came across Primera. I wish I knew about them before I replaced my own Outback 1 month ago; Even though I love my new Forester from Groove, I can not say the same about the experience.

Primera, Honest, open and friendly. I recommend them to anyone and I will be back!!!! They make me want to buy another car.

Bought an awesome SUBARU LEGACY with new head gaskets, timing belt and water pump done! Very happy with the vehicle and price! I waited 2 weeks to post this review and car still runs like a dream.. (Hopefully for many years :) )

The professional, yet personal service provided by these guys made buying a car "fun" and easy. They were great to work with.

We had a great experience at this dealership in looking for a used car. We knew the characteristics we were looking for, but weren't sure what car. Simon answered questions, gave us options, and was very pleasant. He didn't push or treat us disrespectfully. In the end he helped us select the car that met all our needs and more. He spent time with us after the purchase to help us set up all the vehicle options and made sure we felt comfortable. I would recommend the dealership, and specifically Simon. Because of him we would return to Primer Auto for our next vehicle.

After a terrible accident my car was totaled and I had to find a vehicle ASAP. Thanks to a friend of mine I found these guys web page. I was able to find a car in my price range and to apply on line for credit. They responded the very next day. At the dealership they were really friendly and competent. I felt no sale's pressure at all and in less than an hour I drove home in a nice, reliable car. Thank you very much Primera Auto, thank you Andrew, George and Simon. I will recommend your business to all my friends and relatives. I will be back for sure again when I need an other vehicle.

We had a great experience looking for cars at PrimeraAuto’s. We were specifically looking for a Subaru and Primera Auto had a few of them for us to choose from. We shopped around the entire Denver area but no other place provided us with customer service and the quality cars that we found at this Dealership. Simon and Drew were amazing and never pressured us to buy. They were very trust worthy and honest and we really enjoyed working with them throughout our car buying experience! Best car buying experience EVER!!! This was my first car buying experience (from a dealership) that I have been through. After shopping around five other dealerships, Primera Auto had me almost in tears with how good of a deal I got. Our salesman, Andrew is by far the most genuine, good-hearted car salesman I've ever met in my life! He wasn't snake-like or didn't try to force a deal down my throat like most car salesman are notorious for doing.

To top it off, Simon (Finance Manager/Owner), got me a much better interest rate than I ever thought possible. Both guys were some of the friendliest people we've met since moving to Colorado. We plan on staying in touch with them when it's time to get a new car for my wife.

My Friend and I came into Primera Auto LLC looking for a small, unexpensive vehicle. Simon was our Sales associate, who was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Friendly, Great Selection My cusin told me about Primera Auto because I wanted a car that would suit my needs and that didn't cost too much. Primera Auto had a surprising amount of cars in my price range, and they helped me decide on one that was the right price. I bought a 2001 Subaru Legacy. Everyone was so friendly. It was awesome!

This dealer sold me a vehicle with FLOOD DAMAGE! Looks like they are dishonest and willing to sell junk vehicles or they are not competent enough to know the condition of vehicles on their lot. Either way, I would strongly advise anyone looking for a used car to stay far away from Primera Auto. Take your hard earned money and business somewhere else.

Purchasing a car at Primera Auto was the most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle I viewed on the internet. I had done my homework on the car......their asking price was more than fair. Based on my research I felt there was no reason to haggle (in truth they don't haggle anyway). The best part of the Primera Auto experience was the fact I never felt like I was sold. A quality, clean, low mileage car will sell itself. The salesman allowed that to happen...I was never pushed. I was never "Sold" on the extras.....the warranty options were simply explained. At no time were the options pushed. I was asked what I wanted to put down and the financing options were presented. Never was I asked for more of a down payment. A wonderful experience......I'll be back when I need another car.

Spent well over two weeks looking for a car. After a lot of haggling and disappointing dealerships, I found this gem of a used car lot with honest salesmen and the absolute best price for a car. I bought my Subaru Outback with no pressure from George (the best salesman I have ever dealt with). He even let my wife and I take the Outback for a test drive alone without any obligation to buy. Having that amount of trust in the customer is unheard of now a days. Even better was there willingness to help after a sale. My wife's Outback had a bad battery and wouldn't start the day after we bought it. We thought that we were duped. To our surprise, The guys at Primera told me to bring the car in an installed a new battery at no charge and no hassle. They didn't have to do that but they did and that really put my wife and I at ease.

I purchased a Subaru from Primera Auto last month and have to say this was by far the easiest and most pleasant car purchase Ive ever had. There was absolutely no pressure from everyone I dealt with ( George, Simon and Andrew). After I bought the car, they helped me get a good deal on tires from their tire contact as well. Love my car so far! Good selection of $5-6k Subarus there! Highly recommend them!
