This business is now under new management, apparently, soon to be a new owner. Change is in the works and the old attitudes, apparently, are gone. They are working hard to earn my business and were honest and strait up with price and what I asked for. After reading other reviews, I decided to try it anyway. My oil change was fast, I saved 20$ over the cost at the dealer and they didn't try to sell me anything else. Next time I need something for my car, I'll go back.

Charged $19 for putting in a light bulb

I was just at Prime Tune WITH my headlamp bulb to get it replaced. They spent about 10 minutes doing this and charged me $19.00. That is some shop rate. I won't go back.

horrible!!! Came out of shop with MORE problems than went in with, charged double the original estimate, took over two weeks, and now...$1000 later, my car won't even start. Very angry!!

They'll find a way to take your money...

This is a really sad example of a shop exploiting people who trust them to deal honestly and fairly. They really care nothing for the customer, they just want to see how much money they can milk out of you. I took my truck in for a diagnostic (shifting problem) and to get a tailpipe. I don't think they even knew where to hook the code reader and it was pretty unclear what codes came up. They assured me that they had used a code reader and all they could tell me was that it needed a tune up for $398. They couldn't do the tailpipe because it was a special order. The tailpipe itself was over $150 for less than three feet of pipe. I ended up taking it to another shop that correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it along with the tailpipe for $75 bucks.$550 vs. $75... I know where my truck Won't be going!

Bad Name

I only went to them for an estimate for worksource, they are an approved vendor. Unfortunately they told me that my vehicle was unsafe to drive due to the bearings and calibers provided me with a 700 estimate. The mechanic told me that in order to test the brakes he unfortunately seized 2 components of the brakes, making it no longer safe to drive because if by chance they could release them by process of putting them back together, that at any time they could lock up as I use the brakes. Lucky me that was not even a possibility. all the information they provided me was incorrect. I took my vehicle straight to my mechanic, [who fortunately is in the application process for being an approved vendor for Worksource,] they took my brakes apart, checked every component and tightened everything up.. Thank God for honest mechanics and people who just naturally do what is honorable. Prime Time gives credit to bad ethics and standards of service... Beware
