Arrived on time. Replaced a toilet, gave me options as to alternatives. Austin was knowledgeable, professional and expedited the replacement. Estimate was spot on.

Keith with Prime Plumbing, Inc. was able to solve our plumbing issue which we had repeatedly tried solving with other plumbers. Same day service, explained what he was doing with each step, and gave us a quote for each step prior to proceeding. Would highly recommend!

Great job replacing kitchen faucet, and repairing a bathroom faucet. Keith tried to repair the existing faucet but it didn't take so he discussed with my husband and then he replaced. Great job, great customers service. I would call them again if ever needed and do recommend them to others.

I am over-the-top happy with the service this company provided. We just purchased a home in Mount Dora and were misled by previous homeowners. Within 48 hours of moving into our new home we had a massive water leak. We called Prime Plumbing, after hours, and they were onsite within the hour and even put us in touch with a restoration company to clean up the mess. During the whole repiping process of our home they were professional and courteous, I could not say enough good things about the entire group, from the guys who came to our home to everyone in their office who helped me. 5 stars PLUS!

We called for an estimate to repair the low water pressure for a house we are purchasing. After an hour and a half of digging outside and looking everywhere inside for another shut off valve it was concluded that there is sediment in the hot water heater. No service was performed except for a partial turn at the water meter! We will not fall for this ever again.

Prime Plumbing updated and replaced a toilet in my vacation rental property in Ormond Beach, FL. I was so happy that James asked the right questions to get done what I wanted. Sammy the installer was on time and professional and courteous. He left my bathroom clean and tidy. he went above and beyond with the installation. I would recommend Prime Plumbing to all of my family and friends. The price was fair, I am very happy with the results.

Called in an emergency. First, Janene was both understanding and seemed to actually care about my problem. Ray came within an hour of my call. Courteous, professional, efficient, obvious expert. So nice to find someone who knows what they are doing these days! Would highly recommend this person and this company to anyone!

I'm always skeptical about service companies. I've learned to research and research for the best company at the best rate. I've owned rental properties for 20 years and have experienced some dishonest business representatives, overcharging, and leaving disappointing results. Prime Plumbing gave a thorough estimate, assuring me of no further surprise charges. They followed through with permits and systematically and professionally completed the job. I had to have a septic to city sewer conversion, so I was concerned about the new costly irrigation system and sod I had just laid six months ago. They were so careful and cautious. All is complete with no damage at all! Also they had the most reasonable estimate of all companies offering the same service. Every worker on the job had an amazing positive attitude! They really went the extra mile. One night they all worked on the property until 10pm, to be sure the job stayed on schedule! The secretaries handled the bookings and schedule so congenially, as well as the down and final payments. After the job was complete a Prime Plumbing supervisor came to the job site to make sure everything was completed to my full satisfaction! I am so relieved of how smooth the whole job went! I will continue to HIGHLY recommend Prime Plumbing to all my family and friends!

Our firm had received a letter from the city with an enclosed letter with our high water bill exclaiming that the 6,723 extra gallons of water used may have went thru pipes leaking in or around the building. It suggested seeking a licensed qualified plumbing contractor. It just so happens that I have a friend employed with the local building department and she mentioned the city, from time to time, some associates and herself have secured Prime Plumbing and their services. That and with a quick internet search finding great reviews we decided to call them. They sent out a 2 man team to do electronic leak detection and within about 45 minutes had identified to leaks under our building. After they went over several options for the repairs we opted for the building to have a re-pipe of both hot and cold water lines. Our building was dated and realized the pipes were also. This made good sense to us. Within 2 days they had a crew of I believe 5 men there to install the new plumbing pipes. By the end of the 2nd day they were completed and during the operation were able to maintain water on the building for our clients and staff. I thought it would be a large mess with the install but after completion you could not tell they had ever been there. My partner and I were very pleased with the crew and their office personnel. They were all very professional and diligent. In the future our practices plumbing needs and our residences will rely on this company for any future complications. We appreciate diligence and we know we received just that.We hope this review aids those in question and certainly the staff at Prime Plumbing.Best Regards.

I hired this company after meeting with several others and after doing extensive research work. My particular project costs from Prime Plumbing was a little higher than some and a little less than 1 other. The extensive time, knowledge and education was exactly what convinced me this was the company for our home. Hence, the excellent reviews I have found on them and what I too are rating them for. They were very professional from permitting to completion and we again are very glad to have enlisted their firm. Note: It was very nice to have their team beyond septic, drainfield and pump work but as a real plumbing company. I say that because while the competitors do not repair any plumbing and irrigation during the install, Prime Plumbing does. About a week later, we had them replace our outdated water heater with a super high efficient hybrid water heater.I hope this helps everyone seeking service and Prime Plumbing.

The most recent experience was 5/1/14 to have two septic tanks pumped and a repair made to one. A good plumber is needed when living a 60 year old house. Mike R and Hector both did a fine job!

Great service! Non emergency leaks on several faucets. Came out same day. Rusty was very helpful and professional. Reasonable rates. Would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

We have used the services of Prime Plumbing on many occasions and have always found them to be very thorough and knowledgeable. They charge by the job and not by the hour which has always been helpful on knowing upfront the costs instead of sticker shock later. They really seem to have it together. From the initial call to their shop a dispatcher sets us a time that is convenient for us, which is nice. I should have wrote a review in the past but never really put any thought into it. Ray and Danny were at our house last night for clogged drains. It ended up being a stoppage in the sewer line between the house and road. They were quick to get it resolved and afterward ran a camera down the line to discover roots in the pipe near the tree. It was really cool watching the video screen as the camera made its way down through the pipe.

I have used Prime Plumbing 3 times now. I have always felt the price is fair and the work looks very clean. Each time I have had them out for minor plumbing issues I have met a new technician each time. Each plumber I have met has been very professional and have always had the parts on their vans. My only rating of 4 stars is that they were about a half hour late. The office did call me though to let me know the tech was running behind. I did have an appointment for a walk with a friend that I had to put off to a little later that day.

I mean it. These guys have been extremely helpful in working with me on the problems I inherited, (literally it was my dads home), that I had to write about it. There latest journey with me was a bathroom (master) remodel. My dad had really let the house go to shambles. I now have such a stunning bathroom that I am so pleased with that I have invited some friends over tonight, to sip the wine and show of the new space, yay! The project they completed before hand was the necessities, new water heater, dishwasher and kitchen faucet and new water pipes ran through my attic. I am just so happy with them. I had some really bad experiences (nightmares, really) with some of the other local plumbing companies before learning of Prime Plumbing. I met Prime through a referral from a friend (thanks again, Jan!) which I believe know will always be on my mind every time I use the plumbing. Choose wisely and choose cautiously. My advice (obviously) is to choose the great team James has with his company.

Had an early morning water break around 5:30 this morning. Problem is, I needed a shower and had to be in at work by 8:30. I felt guilty calling around so early. By the third company I called I reached a friendly voice in dispatch by the name of Penny with Prime Plumbing. Penny dispatched out immediately a wonderful plumber by the name of Wade. Wade was quick to locate the problem and after soldering some pipes had my water flowing in no time. I was able to get my shower in and on time for opening at work. The price seemed fair and they accepted my American Express. When I need them again, they'll get a call from me.

Over the weekend our hot water heater stopped heating and we thought we would have to replace it. After calling several companies we decided to try Prime Plumbing because they were willing to work within our schedule and didn't charge high hourly rates. Chad came to our house and let us know that the problem was the heating element and that we wouldn't have to replace the entire thing. Chad drained the water, replaced the part and had it back up and working properly relatively quickly. We are extremely happy with the job he did and the professionalism of the whole company. They have definitely earned a return customer.

Had a really good experience with this company. Seemed as they really have it together. Pricing was fair as far as I'm concerned. I am big on placing reviews, good or bad. This company will get more of my business in the future!
