hours for Walk-In Clinic here on dex misleading

by SourStomachV , 06/21/2013

According to this directory the walk-in clinic and Primary Care have the same hours. I attempted to walk in to the clinic at ten minutes to 8am on a Friday listed here as opening at 7:30am when in fact it was a wasted trip as the Walk-in Clinic doesn't open till 9am. Frustrated with incorrect information

Excellent service

by MedicalProffromCali , 06/07/2012

Lovely clinic. Received excellent & timely service on multiple occasions. The 30 min wait time was AMAZING considering that wait times in most ERs commonly exceed several hours unless your injuries are life threatening emergent. Staff was pleasant, professional, proficient, compassionate & didn't shove any kind of religion down our throats. Unless you consider saying "Bless you" after a sneeze or an offer to "keep you in my prayers" entitles you to feel victimized? I say disregard the reviews from people so easily offended. I suppose I'm pretty tolerant of others freedom to be who they desire to be, including religious folk. Definitely a quality clinic. Keep it in perspective people. That is all. Carry on.

I am a little upset with the comment someone made about this wonderfull, clinic. The nurses have always taken good care of me and my children. So who cares if someone started talking to a patient about religion. Maybe that person need it hear it. People get over it and be fucken gratefull we have a clinic in town that will actually see us without an appointment. Bridgett has a big heart. She does not discriminate like other doctors. The clinic and all the staff has treated me with respect and kindness and some patients need that.

Horrible Service!!! :(

by displeasedpatient , 01/24/2012

The wait time was far too long for how many people were waiting in the lobby. Once I was in with the nurse religion was pushed on me. I became very uipset and asked her to go and send the doctor in. I was shocked when the doctor came in because she also decided to shove her religion at me. This was THE mose uncomfortable appointment with a medical professional I have ever been to. I will never recommend this practice

I have attended patient appts with several different patients. All have been very well treated and received excellent and very appropriate medical care. Thanks for the needed medical addition to our town!

Horrible Place with Unprofessional Staff

by Patient of 4 years , 07/22/2011

I used to love this clinic. The past year it has gone so far down hill. Continual staff turnover, they no longer schedule any appointments and the wait is always over 2 hours on average. The front office gal lies to patients all the time as myself and others have caught her as we sit in the waiting room. I don't know what has happened but I would not trust my treatment here for anything anymore. Very sad, but as one of the assistants told me, it's about the money now for this practice. This is why they have increased the drug screening and workmans comp cases. The regular patient does not receive the same care anymore. I have not been happy and have tried for over a year. Time to go somewhere else. One of the NP even stated they are no longer Primary Care Providers because they cannot get paid enough. Not dependable when you need help, nor do they seem to care anymore.

by Lorasea , 07/15/2011

It took them 30 minutes to find my xray paper so I could go get my xray done. A friend also sat in the back for more than 30 minutes waiting for a doctor, the doctor was just eating lunch at her desk while my friend waited. Then, when the doctor decided to see patients, they skipped over my friend. This place has horrible service.

Walk in clinic

by :( , 06/27/2011

The ER charges less to be seen for a person who does not have medical insurance, $175 refundable deposit at the clinic and $150 at the ER. At the ER you get seen by doctors. It would be nice if the clinic would charge what they are worth to keep medical affordable for people who really need the clinic. Why does it cost so much to have people give you a once over? pretty rediculous

by Dr. Bean , 08/13/2010

Great group practice. They got my son in right away, handled his injury very professionally. Knew exactly what to do. I was impressed and I will definitely use them as our primary medical care providers for our family. Thanks Bridget and Crew.
