On June 13, 2014, our family brought home our first family pet "Beaux", a teacup yorkie that we purchased from this company, Pretty Puppies Galore. We very soon found out just what "first puppy love" is really about. He stole our hearts and we will never be the same.
Sadly, on June 29th our family was forced to say goodbye to our "first puppy love"...............

Beaux passed away from a genetic liver disease that caused him to suffer terribly and that no pet owner should have to watch their puppy go through.
I immediately called Pretty Puppies and was met with well, I'm sorry that happened but its not our fault and if you would like we would be happy to sell you another one of our puppies for a small discount. I was absolutely speechless, appalled and disgusted that a company that speaks as if they are Christians would ever say such a thing to customer!! Needless to say the man's basic words were to me were that "I picked the wrong dog....I should have picked the bigger puppy and maybe my luck would have been better!!" REALLY???????

As it turns out Pretty Puppies REFUSED to refund any of the money or even replace the puppy that we lost and now our family is left to deal with all of the hospital bills, burial costs and most importantly the heartbreak of losing our first puppy love.

I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy another puppy from this company and hope that no one else has to go the same pain of losing a puppy after only being able to love it for 3.5 weeks and all because a breeder has genetic problems with the parents of the puppies they are breeding.

FYI....I rarely ever do reviews but this is actually the first BAD review I have ever had to do and I am sad to have to do it. Be warned..

SCAM

I bought a Yorky puppy from these people at 3:15, February 16, 2015. 20 minutes into the drive home, he began vomiting. This continued all day and night. The following day, the 17th, I was at the vets office at 9:30. He thought since he "supposedly" had all of his shots, it may have just been motion sickness and was treated. He continued to vomit and refuse to eat. I took My puppy back to the vet the same day at 2:00. This sweet little thing was very Ill and was still vomiting and refusing to eat. I already had another appointment at 9:00 on the 18th. 2:00 that morning, he didn't look well so while I was holding him and trying to find a vet to come out he threw up more time and took his last breath in my arms. After the shock of it all and being very upset over losing him as I was already very attached to him, I texted the breeders and told them what happened. I NEVER asked for my $900 back but only out of concern for the other pups, if they had other sick dogs and if so they should be seen by a vet. That was never addressed. I did file a complaint with Animal Control. After my own investigation, I found that the puppies they advertise are not even any they have, one of the photos is in England. I encourage anyone experiencing this to file complaints with whoever will listen so these people and other Hustlers are stopped.

These people are SCAM artists

Please do not buy a puppy from these people!

I purchased a t-cup pomeranian from them and was forced to sign a 48 hour health waiver. I took her to the vet within 48 hours and found that she had fleas, tapeworms, and mites. I had a pretty hefty vet bill. I tried contacting pretty puppies galore and they made sure to ignore me until that 48 hours was up. They also told me THREE TIMES that she was pad trained. It turns out she actually thought the puppy pad was a toy. I have had nothing but trouble with this dog. Don't buy from these people.
