I just wanted to let you know that the leis arrived in with out a problem!!!! My dad picked them up that morning and they were there on time and everything!!!!! They lasted just fine, they were in great shape on Saturday for the wedding and everyone loved them!!! Thanks for all your hard work in getting them to me! It turned out to be a great day!

Horrible Experience! by Frustrated by Flowers - 07/24/2009
After a very long and friendly conversation with Joe at Prescott Flower Shop about a failed delivery I'd had from an online florist service, Justflowers.com, I decided to order belated birthday flowers for my little granddaughters to give their Mommy, after their big disappointment of the previous day.I was going to pass on the belated flower idea, but Joe went on and on about how much of a better deal customers get when dealing directly with local florists, so after spending a few more dollars with Joe than I had for the ill-fated order, I was very excited to see my much better deal. My order with Joe, including local delivery, and a tip for the driver totaled $76.00. I've bought flowers many times before, and in fact was kind of considering an arrangement at Fry's earlier that morning, but thought I would get something classier from a real flower shop, so my expectations for this arrangement were very high.When the flowers arrived, what I got was the equivalent of a $15. arran

Mix up not my fault by Mad in Prescott - 06/09/2009
I placed two orders through 1800 Flowers, who in turn used Prescott Flowers. There was a mix up between 1800 and Prescott Flowers. Both items were to be delivered on the 10th of the month, however Prescott Flowers delivered one on the 9th. I called 1800 and complained about this delivery mistake, they told me to keep the flowers that were delivered on the 9th, they would send a fresh arrangment on the 10th. Prescott Flowers came back to the office to take the arrangement I was told to keep, they said they would freshen it for delivery the next day. I said NO and explained to them what I was told by 1800, that was not agreeable with Prescott Flowers. I would not use them again and I will tell my co-workers to not use them.

Embarassing Arrangement - so disappointed! by KimA - 01/12/2009
I sent the arrangement via an on-line merchant. First, the flowers weren't delivered on time, then we re-scheduled. They were delivered today and looked like they had been in the refrigerator for two weeks. The roses were black around the edges and the peripheral flowers were limp. the whole arrangement was ice-cold. What I intended to be a delight for the recipient turned out to be a huge embarassment for me. I wouldn't complain, except this was supposed to be the delivery that corrected the missed delivery before Christmas.
