Our association is 592 homes and we have been with Premier Comm Mgrs. for 3 years now. There are many other community management companies that has managed our community and PCM is by far the best and most organized of any company we have ever had. Gary House is the owner and our property manager and he is organized, on time, very knowledgeable, courteous and a credit to our community and his company. We are proud to renew our contract with PCM for another 3 years and would encourage any community to talk to PCM about what they can do for you if you are entertaining a refreshing change of management.
Good for us

Gary House and Premier have served us well since we hired them in 2011 and we just renewed our agreement with them recently. We understand Paula Butler is no longer associated with the firm and in some of our opinions on the Board that is a very good thing since she was sometimes very rude, a know it all and has a very condescending attitude when she talks with you. Premier on the other hand along with Betty and others I have spoken to in the past are always courteous, helpful and call me back when I left messages. Gary our manager is good and accessible which we like alot.

Premier is getting a bad rap from an owner who did not pay her dues on time and Premier did their job in instituting collection procedures. Ignore those complaints. Premier and Gary House and his staff are top notch and one of best in the business. We have been with them for years and plan to renew when it comes up for renewal again.
Absentee management company-terrible!

Premier Community Managers has been a nightmare for residents of The Estates of Auburndale. PCM have received hundreds, if not over a thousand, complaints from owners regarding violations and derelict conditions-which they completely ignore. They continue to be absent, actually refusing to address even the simplest of violations (such as street parking, structural changes) without approval of the developer-which hasn't been given in over 2 years. Yet they "magically appear" when it comes time to collect the dues which line their pockets. Their lack of professionalism is appalling. There involvement in our community has actual diminished the value of our properties. We actually have a popular "book" page which has been formed to gather residents together for a class action lawsuit.

We have worked with several property management companies and by far Premier Community Managers excels head and shoulders over the rest. They are courteous, well informed and helpful in all aspects to our owners. We are proud to partner with Premier in managing the affairs of our community and our owners.
