All children will be evaluated on an individual basis, to see how we may best meet the needs of the child and their family. You may be asked to have your child’s physician and any other professionals that Children's campus deem necessary, to do an Individual Educational Plan (IEP) in collaboration with your child’s teacher and the management.

Children's campus contracts with the AZ Dept. of Economic Services (DES) for government sponsored programs for childcare services.

Children's campus is open from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. M-F.
ages: infants of six weeks to ten year olds.*
*older children accepted on individual basis. Example: young siblings attending, child already attending.

For the child of Kindergarten age and up, we provide care for before and after grade school, as well as, full days during their school breaks. Transportation to limited neighborhood schools is available. It may be necessary to have at least three students from each school per route.

We accept children on a full time basis only. Please contact us if, for some reason, you need less days during a period of time, otherwise your child will lose his space. Children must be in by 9 a.m., this is most beneficial for your child’s development. For the continuity of our program, we discourage children from leaving before 2:30 p.m.

If your child is going to be absent for the day, please inform Children's campus by 9 a.m. We would appreciate a two-week written notification of vacation plans and/or withdrawals. After 3 days of child being absent and no contact from parent, your child’s spot will be filled from our waiting list.The registration fee is $40 for the first child and $70 for a family. This registration fee is due upon enrollment and every Sept 1st. Registration fees are non-refundable.

For school age children, a Summer Day Camp fee is assessed June 1st, no family discounts. This cover all summer field trips and activities.
Tuition fees & charges

All fees, including DES co-pays, are due and must be paid, at least one week in advance . Payments are considered past due at noon on Tuesdays, a late fee of $10.00 will be assessed at that time. Services may be suspended when account is one week delinquent. When payments are not paid in advance, we reserve the right to charge a flat weekly fee of $200.00 with no credit for absent days, corporate or family discounts.

School Age transportation: there is no charge for transportation to selected grade schools. However, you must call if we are not to pick up your child: no show, no call, and a $15.00 charge. We take this responsibility very seriously so please be accountable to us.

A late charge of $1.00 per minute, per child, will be assessed for any time after the stated closing time.

There is a $25.00 service charge for returned checks. Checks are subject for clearance and collection through Check Rite. We discourage cash payments and we do accept Visa and Master Cards as well as check debit cards. Categories:   Child Care Centers | Preschools
