I had my car in there for a fuel pump they replaced the fuel pump and relay and gave me back my car I was on Delaware Ave. Driving home and the car decelerated to 15mph so I took it back once they had the car it took them a week to replace my clogged fuel filter I got my car back yesterday i today I went to throw trash away and I smelled fuel they gave me my car back with a pretty big fuel leak the trail of gasoline was from the bottom of my drive way pretty much to the top of my driveway I feel that every single mechanic including the service manager have no clue what they are doing

This is and always will be the best service I have ever received. And to top it off the place is clean. That alone shocked me. I came in for an oil change, the gentleman and the desk was extremely nice ! And I was out of there in 30 mins tops. I will drive all 20 mins everytime to come get my car serviced here. Highly recommended.

One more thing to customers of premier. Went to pick up my car earlier today. Waited in lobby for 5 minutes. No one came out. Saw my keys on the counter, so I took them. 90 minutes later I get a phone call saying they are sorry they missed me stopping by. Nice security guys. I'm sure no one ever walks in off of Main Street newark. Something to think about next time you drop your car off.

Premier Auto Tire is a great shop to have your car repaired . Very well staffed ,honest and certified techs . 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on repairs. They are a shop you can trust 100% Mark Holmes the manage took extra time to explain and show me certain things wrong or needing future attention . I cant thank him and Premier enough .I will certainly send all family and friends to Premier Auto And Tire !!

As I've gotten generally excellent service from their Elkton shop over the years, I'm not surprised that their Newark location also treated me well, and knew what they were doing.

This is one of the best repair places I have been to. The owner is one of the nicest and fairest person I have ever dealt with.
