I agree with the first review. They took care of my drain problem 2 months. They are messy workers and they don't clean up after their job and they don't care if they damage your wall or mess up your carpet and tile floor. The worst of it after charging you ridiculous fee for their job disgracely done they have the guts to ask for a $10.00 tip. I told my friends and co workers about this company and their poor service. I hope you don't become another victim of this company founded on ripping off their customers.

First, when you call them to describe what the problem is, they wont give you an estimate of how much they charge, when they get to finally see what the problem is they exagerate on the problem try to charge you extra for things you might not need. They charge me $135.00 just to unclog my toilet and it took them less than 10 minutes to do the job. The technician told me it costs $120.00 buy they actually charged me $135.00 on my credit card. Is this a grand rip off or what? I don't recommend their service to anyone. I am highly disappointed with how they charge their customers. They did the job just fine but the cost for their 10 minute job is just plain ridiculous. Don't make the same mistake I did, I am writing this rating just to share how I feel about them and how disappointed I am with how they treat their first time customers.
