After my mother had an accident her car was towed to this business, awaiting review from an insurance adjuster. Three days after the accident, as directed by the adjuster, we went to the service lot to see the cars damage and remove some personal items. Steven, the owner approached us yelling that we had no business on his property. We needed his permission, etc. His mannerism was very threatening and rude. We never left our car and had not opened her wrecked car. Shocked by his yelling and aggressive behavior we opted to leave and returned later for the personal belongings which were made available to us. I would NEVER do business there again. Absolutely no reason for a business owner to talk with a customer the way he did. My mother is 87 and she was frightened by his behavior. Two women driving into a business seeking information and property that belongs to them and he threatens them. Unacceptable.

They just towed my Dually all the way from i10 and the fl ga parkway. These are the only guys I ever call.
