Contracted to design/build in ground pool/spa ($80,000 to $100,000 range). Kevin R. was cordial and accommodating; after construction began we never heard from him again. Office staff is condescending and brags on the company's experience. Their customer service is non-existent and there is no follow up. Pool service is mediocre and minimal. This is a very average pool company. Better contractors are available.
