Shopped all the stores and found my red amazon granite here. Excellent work and communication They even provided a better price for my sink and arranged the install.I would use them again as they showed up on time every time as promised.

Had remenant slab granit measured, fabricated and installed in less than a week. Excellent turn around time. Good selection of remenants and easy to work with, low pressure sales. Going to have bathroom vanity done by them soon.

Lousy project management. No follow-up on botched order. Took a long time for installation which wasn't satisfactory at first.

I have dealt with these folks for three projects and have had excellent results. The service was above average, and the products are without fault.

This company touts itself as the largest and best in the Northwest. They may be large, but that is a big part of their problem. My husband and I wanted to get a remnant piece of marble for our new bathroom vanity. It took 3 MONTHS of hounding their inefficient and non-communicative designer, Jodi Holmes, to finally get something. She didn't return emails or phone calls, and when she finally found us the marble we wanted, let another customer steal it out from under us. We found this out when we went in for the fourth time. My husband was ready to walk, but I wanted the marble, so hung in there. She wasted 90 minutes of our time "checking with management" about whether she could sell us the half-slab we ended up having to buy, and then taking FOREVER on our paperwork because she was "training a new employee". One bright spot: the independent contractor installers, Brian and Jason with CrossCut (who did the actual installation), were great. It then took another FOUR phone calls to finall

I was so happy with our countertops! They were built on site and professionally put in. Customer service was really great and I would highly reccomend them.
