I purchased a used Ford Ranger mid June 2011 and paid cash. No one ever mentioned anything about running my credit report, nor did I sign anything authorizing it, but it was run. All the staff were nice when buying, but when I tried to call in after the sale about the credit report, nobody would have any part of it. Several people never returned calls. A couple people passed the buck. A couple people told me false information about having to do it for Homeland Security. They didn't know what they were talking about. I finally got to someone who knew the rules, but even though they had nothing with my signature he still said therer was nothing he could do. This is an important element. All staff members should KNOW what the process is, and anytime a report is run they should MAKE SURE they talk to the customer beforehand. I had to write the credit agency requesting to have it removed. I'm also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and writing to their highest ranked employ

I will never go back to these guys "Power Ford of North Scottsdale" they ran a credit check in what they stated in the name of "Home Land Security" when I was paying with a bank card "cash"...without notifying me they were running my credit!When I had to take the vehicle in for some mechanical work and they said I had to make an appointment, I said fine, he told me what day he had free I said I would see him at 9:am that day, he comes back and tells me he has an opening at 8:45 & 9:15 what a crock.I called Sanderson Ford in Glendale, they said bring the truck in anytime of any day and they would have a loaner car waiting for me, they fixed my truck and then some other problems that I was unaware of no charge covered under warranty...not a tough decision who's getting my business from now on!

The Service was better than I expected. I was treated well and there were no problems during service. My service guy seemed to know what he was doing and got my truck through quickly, while I waited. It took no longer than a service at the lube shop and I got an inspection report card.

I was suprised to see the Service open on Sunday.Very professional treatment.They even saved me about 50 on my service with their pre-paid program.

After purchasing a used vehicle and being told there was a spare set of keys (and in this case the keys are $350 to replace) I received the car with only one set of keys. Weeks went by of them trying to contact the previous owner who didn't have them either. Since the salesman told me the keys were there and because they are so expensive I asked them to make good on what they told me. In the end they wouldn't get me the keys. This was after placing a complaint with the General Manager. Their unwillingness to live up to their word apparently comes from the top - I would think twice before dealing with Ford of North Scottsdale.

Worst Ford dealer in the valley! Do not buy from them! They offered me way less than KBB value on my trade in and included some sort of "safety Inspection" 500 hundred dollar charge on my trade in. They offered 35k for my trade minus their 500 dollar "safety Inspection" fee, for a total trade in value of 34,500.00. They are out to scam! (My trade was 07 Range Rover Sport). They also wanted 150 dollars because they etched the VIN on the glass. Any local PD will do this for free. The �safety inspection� fee on my trade was the biggest joke though.The sales manager or whoever he was seemed to act like he was doing me some sort of favor by selling me a vehicle. I took my business elsewhere and will never shop there again. Overall, I got a bad vibe just being there. Unless you like getting scammed, shop elsewhere.
