Friendly, Fast and Convienent by Bob - 05/02/2009I was suprised to see the Service open on Sunday.Very professional treatment.They even saved me about 50 on my service with their pre-paid program.
Be careful trusting this dealership by Concerned Consumer - 04/22/2009After purchasing a used vehicle and being told there was a spare set of keys (and in this case the keys are $350 to replace) I received the car with only one set of keys. Weeks went by of them trying to contact the previous owner who didn't have them either. Since the salesman told me the keys were there and because they are so expensive I asked them to make good on what they told me. In the end they wouldn't get me the keys. This was after placing a complaint with the General Manager. Their unwillingness to live up to their word apparently comes from the top - I would think twice before dealing with Ford of North Scottsdale.
