Very poor, avoid! by mower customer - 09/04/2009Below average knowledge of product line carried (I had to actually help salesman start the mower I purchased there). Filled tank with about a pint of gas, that was the best part of their service! Salesman a point-blank liar regarding parts ordered with new mower purchase. Terrible customer service, rude overall, I won't even bother to ever get service from them, so I can't rate that aspect, but can only guess they are as poor in this area as well.....overall, try any alternative before this poor excuse of an operation!
