I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my pet's needs! The staff is knowledgeable and will take the time to help you find whatever you need and that is the right product(s) for you and your pet. They never try to up sale or get you to purchase anything you don't need. I love the personal attention I get every time I walk through the door, no matter how busy they are they make you feel like you are their number 1 priority.

I love this store. I have been shopping at Poudre Pet & Feed Supply store for about 3 years and have always had excellent customer service provided to me. The kids that work there are really sweet and always carry my bigger bags of cat food to my car. The price are very reasonable.

The manager of the back Zach is a jerk and should stay in the back. He is so rude to his coworkers and to the dogs in the store. The other manager, I think her name is Sara, acted as though she had no time to answer the questions I had and walked away in the middle of me speaking to her. The only one that was helpful was the one with the accent, who unfortunately was the one that Zach was being rude to. Maybe he should take a lesson. I think I will start shopping at the new store in town, I hear the prices are cheaper too. What happened to Poudre Feed?

Poudre Pet Feed is NOT expensive it is actually CHEAPER then any other pet food store around. I can change my rabbits and guines pig cages for $7 for about 2 months versus petsmart where it's $9 a week!!!! I also buy ALL of my dogs food there (I have a mastiff and a terrier) and again it is WAY cheaper and SO MUCH healthier...I LOVE POUDRE PET FEED!

I have been shopping at the Poudre Feed north store for over five years. Their staff is extremely well-informed in all areas of the pet industry. Their inventory is extremely vast and diverse. I can always find what I need. I am always greeted with a smile and I feel like I am the only customer in the store when I have a question. I'm so thankful that Poudre Feed is in business and I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else!

I moved to Fort Collins about 6 months ago and was searching out new places to find the food I feed my dogs. Poudre Feed has turned out to be a blessing for me! My Pointer came down with some serious stomach issues and the informed staff at the store helped me to find an alternative food for his sensitive stomach issues. The staff was patient and has answered any questions I've had. I won't shop anywhere else!

Everything I need, they get it. I have a long special needs list that they have always been able to order for me and its always fresh and the price is right. The owner has out of her way to get me items that their supplier carries, which have nothing to do with pet supplies. Its the only place I will buy from in Fort Collins.

Although this store sells the food I feed, I drive 25 miles out of my way to shop for pet food at another retailer. The owner of this store is AWFUL! She is rude and uninformed and I choose not to support her.

As a pet owner who goes the extra mile to try to give my pet the best, I was appalled by the way that I was treated when entering the store. When I asked the 4 sloppy cashier girls that were standing around doing absolutely nothing if they carried a certain brand, the first response I got was "Don't tell me you actually feed your dog that." They made it a point to criticize me and tell me what I was feeding my dog was eqiuvilent to "Mc Donalds." As I walked around the corner, I heard them snickering and making rude comments about me. By the physical shape of these cackling crows, it was apparent that they frequent Mc Donalds themselves. Rude, disrespectful little girls shouldn't have cashier jobs at a store that could be a nice place to shop.

This store is one of a kind! I have a VERY allergic dog that I have been desperately looking for a food that would work for her other than a prescription diet. The staff is this store is very welcoming and enthusiastic, but more importantly very knowledgeable. I worked with one of the girls there and she showed me almost 30 different foods! I couldn't believe the selection. I finally found a food that my dog could eat and not itch! They have a huge selection of toys and collars too. Not just the same boring collars or ultra fancy stuff- great durable items that are durable and fun. And huge bonus, this store is locally owned and operated!

Great service, pricing and selection - highly recommend.
