I loved the fact I did not have to climb up and down a narrow ramp to load and unload my furniture. The PODS was ground level so no climbing plus I didnt have to rush to get a rental truck back or lose my deposit. I too, wanted to get more information and a possible quote to plan a move and was feeling a little wary of the need to call and speak with a service rep. I thought I would just quietly get the answers I needed online. I did, however speak with their rep. and it was a very nice experience. She really was fun to talk to and made me feel great about using their organization. I haven't made my move yet, but when I do I'll be using PODS.

I was doing research for a residential move. I just needed to ask a few questions about pricing and such. I was a little wary when the add suggested I do an live online chat with one of their service reps. I figured that I would get the run around and not really speak to anyone live. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to quickly chat with a representative and he was able to answer all my questions and give me a quote quickly.
