Endangers Customer & Does Not Follow Through On Promised Work by Biney - 09/23/2007
My 85yo mother has been put off by Lee Smith now going into a SECOND year and heating season on replacing her 1941 boiler. He endangers her health and safety as such an old boiler regularly emits carbon monoxide, and, can give it up at any time such as the dead of winter.

FYI, boilers cannot be switched out safely during the prime heating months since the whole house radiatoring system has to be cooled, drained, boiler changed out, refilled, and then reheated.

Lee Smith is owner and operator of this business. He promises to do the work when called by saying he will do it at a time that suits him.
