They told me they would be out the same day, I called at 12:30 in the afternoon and they guaranteed same day service. At 4:45 they called to tell me that they wouldn't be coming unless I wanted to pay emergency fees after 5:00pm. I agreed to have them come out the next day, I was smokin mad. They called at 12:15pm to let me know that they would most likely be there around 2:00pm. At 4:45pm that night they called with the same excuse, I would have to pay emergency fees if I wanted my problem fixed. Little did they know that I called South County Plumbing. They had already fixed my problem. I told this company to stuff it. I let the better business bureau know about the fradulent advertising. South County Plumbing saved the day, call them. They were great.

I used them and was very pleased with their service. Yes, it was expensive but that is why I got a professional coming into my home that did quality work. If you want a friend that "knows" plumbing than don't be disappointed when in a year your problem starts up again. You should not expect to have quality work and a safe person coming into your home for a cheap price. Life costs. As to the complaint about it costing for a diagnosis, of course that would cost. Have you seen the gas prices? They took the time out of their schedules to drive over to your home with a fully stocked truck (which probably cost more than either you or I could imagine), so that if you did choose to go with them, they could start the work right then and there. Having that kind of service costs. I run my own business and seeing these kinds of complaints make me angry, people should take the time to pull their heads out of the sand and think about how much the company is really paying for your business.

This company charged me $150 just to "diagnose" or plan a new drain system for an updated bathroom. The estimate was outlandish and I felt like flushing the plumber down the toilet! He quoted me $1,500! I ended up having a friend with some plumbing experience come over and help me do it. We did it in two hours and spent a whopping $75 on supplies. Can you believe that! I would not recomend this company to my worst enemy.

I thought the opening statement of "if there's any delay, it's you we pay" is ok but it didn't really appeal to me. However, if they could have spelled it out a bit more, I would probably feel more comfortable using them.
