I just called Pleasant Travel to find out about the cheap tickets to Pakistan. First of all they disconnect my call 3 times and didn't want to give any information about the tickets. And finally when I was able to speak to the person he said all are gone for Roza Iftaar so sorry have no time. When I asked about their unprofessional and ignorant way of dealing a customer the person said OK OK I KNOW ABOUT PAKISTANIS BALAA BALAA BALAA. WOW that was very nice customer service. They are in fact racist towards customers and are the rudest travel agents in Chicago ever. DO NOT BUY ANY TICKET FROM THEM. You can find cheaper deals online and you will also be treated with a big respect for giving business. Thanks

I have used Pleasant Travel for over 3 years. I found them to be very professional, courteous and beat all other agencies for pricing. Traveling abroad can be very expensive, but they always were able to find me the best pricing to save money for other things.
