A little help here by Chef T - 08/13/2009I visited platte Restaurant Supply with a request for a switching of Hobart attachemnts, none which were purchased from them. George and Darby were helpful and willing to negotiate a price.We were also looking at purchasing a refrigerator and all of our optuions were explained with benefits and deficiencies of each piece we were interested in. A bid on a slicer repair was made along with the benefits of total replacement. We selexcted repair after seeing the repair shops operation. We will return to do more business with them!
Rude and Disrespectful by mjb101 - 12/06/2008The old cranky lady working was rude and disrespectful when I asked a simple question. It was not busy. It was as if I was interupting her social conversation with another worker. They really need to dump her and get someone that is pleasant and helpful to their customers.
