I shop here numerous times each month. It's hit or miss every time I shop. Instead of selling only what teenagers wear they need to sell more trendier labels...J Crew, White House Black Market, Banana Rep.& BCBG!

That is what I look for when shopping, outfits that inspire for work or a night out. For the most part I always find merchandise but I like a classy not trashy look.

A friend recommended we stop in to Plato's Closet so I took a chance. Their store is well organized and its easy to find things. I felt their prices were to high for what they were selling. Name brand? yes but I can go to the outlet mall and get the same thing with a coupon for cheaper. My Daughter was looking for jeans and I let her buy 2 pairs even though I felt they were to expensive at $18 and $20 for them being used. The staff while checking out were extremely rude, and my simple question about if they offered coupons was met with attitude and looks like I was crazy for even asking. We will stick with Karrousel Kids in Matthews and Concord Mills from now on.

Plato's closet buy gentley use teen clothing. Your items cannot be stained or have excessive signs of where. If you see something damaged or stained in the store ya probably because some crazy customer couldn't fit in it or let their child spill food or drink on it. They must be selective on your items because obviously those other items in the store are not selling. Ps we don't care what your salary is. You don't have to be bitter either because your not required by law to sell there. They really are an awesome business and they must be doing something right with all the business they receive.
