Great Service and Quality by Jamiesuper - 01/17/2009
I called Platinum Plumbing Heating & A/C for an emergency call on a water heater (dripping from the bottom of water heater and flooding into my family room) @ 8 pm.
The technician actually answered the phone ( I called 2 other companies and got voice mails before calling them) The technician was very professional on the phone and calm (I wasn't). He was able to immediately come over to my house within 20 minutes and give me a quote, while I was waiting I had those 2 other companies call me back and give me quotes over the phone(So I knew were the price had to be). He gave me a quote to replace it and was $150 cheaper then the quotes over the phone. He had a water heater on his truck and was able to get the old one out and new one in within a hour. I recommend Platinum Plumbing Heating & A/C for anybody that wants a quality job at a fair price.
