Save your money!!! by Disappointed - 12/09/2009
We had a company party of 50 or so, the steaks were burnt and literally non edible. Service lacked in the beverage dept. as waitress was careless with everyone of whom she poured drinks, spilling almost every pour from her pitcher. We had to ask two to three times for our drinks.

Well, we tried Pirate Island last night with three other families and I will agree that the atmosphere was cool. They have done a great job with the look of the place. The entry with the lagoon, fog and talking pirates was a lot of fun for the kids. The kids had a good time running around in the arcade! However, I was not impressed with the food. We ordered a Kraken and a Frigate. The crust was as thin as cardboard and fairly mushy but the sauce was decent. The toppings were non-existent. For a supreme I would expect a decent amount and variety of toppings. I am pretty sure our supreme consisted of several pieces of pepperoni, some sausage and a couple of chunks of green pepper and pineapple. We ended up just splitting the $98.40 ticket four ways for $24.60 per family (which included the drinks). For a $100 in pizza and some drinks I was expecting a lot more than what we got. I guess you're paying for the atmosphere and not the pizza...Theme - 4 starsFood - 2 stars
