We have been on Pine Island since 1991 and over the course of time have had our air conditioner serviced by several different companies. Some have tried to convince us to purchase various plans or have not done a satisfactory job servicing the appliance. Others have told us we needed urgent expensive repairs. We contacted Pine Island Home Care and were very impressed with Paul's servicing, explanation of everything he did and honesty about what we were told was an expensive repair by a previous company. He assured us that there was no real problem and that he would let us know when it would be necessary to deal with any problem. As it turned out the "urgency" was delayed by about 7 years! I have no problem recommending Pine island Home Care for doing the right job at the right time.
