i read the description lmao. i had to write a review after those lies . do yourself a favor bank elsewhere. Keeping your $ in someone elses mattress, would be better than banking at pima federal credit union. i know i ve made the mistake twice. the first experience with pima federal was years ago, during the rodeo. i took my kids to the bank to get some cash. the teller asked if i would like a 500$ loan saying it would build my credit. I DIDNT ASK FOR THE LOAN SHE SOLICITED the loan ONTO ME. "sure if a loan will build credit." i said. she gave me money we went to the rodeo. next day, i was at school, when SHERIFFS CALL WANTING ME TO TURN MYSELF IN FOR BANK FRAUD: i took a loan i was ineligible for. SOMEONE FROM PIMA CALLED THE COPS TRYING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED RATHER THAN CALL ME TO WORK OUT THEIR OWN MISTAKE! pima never apologized.
years later i start a new business and get some inheritance. i open an account for the convenience of the location. They will not give me a savings account so our money gains no interest. they will not tell me why. They always turn off my card, despite my explaining to them, i do a lot of buying to get the inventory for my store and even though purchases are to the same places AND are consistent to my purchase patterns. AND i am NOT ALLOWED TO SPEND OVER 1000 AT A TIME NO MATTER WHAT I SAY OR HOW I PLEAD. they raise the limit IF i call the day of and only for BUSINESS HOURS of THAT day.
they want to give me a loan with a 29% interest rate wtf? the customer service is hit or miss you MIGHT get helpful mostly its attitude that i have to deal with. calling them (everyday for some issue) is a nightmare there s an hour hold time i have to stress all that time. they use things like your birthday, email and social for the "security" they adhere so adamantly to.i asked if they realized this info was easy to access the girl got an attitude and threatened to withhold services. Smart? Personal? i dont think so. more like ridiculous and silly.

The banking part of the website is not user-friendly, the fonts are small and pale, no "print" icon to use for a basic version of a page. The Bill Pay section seems more complicated than it needs to be. The old website was simple and very easy to use. Also, the "conversion" did not solve our problems with debits and checks being taken out of our account that are not ours. The first week of the new system, over $500 was taken from our checking account in error. PFCU will not correct anything until you come in and dispute it. So dispute and dispute is what we do. It's time to close our accounts and find another credit union.

I have been a member of PFCU for nearly 20 years. I use my debit card often and I would say during that whole time I have had to dispute maybe 5-10 fraudulent charges. However, this last time, even when given clear evidence of fraudulent activity, they caved in to Merchant Services (VISA, issuer of their debit cards) for denying my dispute. At the whim of a fraudulent invoice generated by a deceitful merchant (Daniel Huffman), clearly with fabricated amounts and dates not matching up to my PFCU account activity, PFCU allowed this merchant to steal nearly $750.00 from me. After months of talking with the president, Nathanael, the best option he could come up with was to reverse the fraudulent $750.00 charge on the condition that I terminate my membership with the credit union.‎ Here is a website I've created with all of the evidence and welcome any comments: http://ln-s.net/81Dh

I've been a member for over 25 years and the service manages to top itself every time I go into the credit union. I highly recommend Pima Federal to everyone!

Thank god for zero stars. Pima Federal Credit Union is the worst bank in America. PFCU gives wrong information left and right. Wrong fax numbers, wrong information! its just sick. Never returned my phone calls. Good Job PFCU!

This is the best bank in tucson area, the tellers are all frendily and the bank is always clean, they get you in and out very fast
