Manners In Minutes for Adult dogs

The first session is three hours long. The lesson is limited to you, your dog and your family.

The first part of the lesson is to establish the basic commands and to show you how to practice at home.

The second part of the lesson is to address your specific needs. Whatever problems you have will be addressed.

The third part of the lesson desensitizes the dog to touch so that the dog is well behaved anywhere. Then we do trust exercises so that the dog trusts as well as listens to you.

You then go home for three weeks of practice. If you can get your dog out at least twice a week, for twenty minutes, the dog will progress. The commands become reliable

You then attend a second private session where we make sure everything has been addressed and add some additional commands. If the dog is ready, the dog now attends Neighborhood Pack. If the dog is not ready, we schedule additional private sessions until the dog is ready. There are no extra charges if the dog needs extra lessons before it can be put into Pack.

The dog now attends Neighborhood Pack sessions to desensitize it and instill appropriate behaviors outside the home. You can come as often as you want for one year as part of the package. Neighborhood Pack is scheduled weekly and the days of the week rotate.

Puppy Class.

For puppies under 16 weeks you first attend a two hour private puppy class. The puppy now comes to Neighborhood Pack until it is 16 weeks old. The puppy then attends a two hour adult training and returns to Neighborhood Pack as a full member.

Special Needs Dogs.

Dogs that are blind, deaf , or have other handicaps are worked with a slower rate until the can join the Pack. Categories:   Pet Training | Pet Services
