WORST SHOP IN TOWN by G. - 04/15/2008Took our car in and they told us that it needed repairs of $1000.00 we decided that was too much to put into the car. Found the part they said was the problem for $90.00 and installed it - same problem. Found the actual problem, a $20.00 part that had nothing to do with what they said - problem solved. I figure they should be able to find the problem better than I since I'm not a "mechanic".
If the problem isn't obvious, they really don't want to help, and I don't think there "mechanics" really know what they are doing. All they care about is collecting money...
I would really advise finding another shop - Pickerings certianly doesn't care about the customer...

Top Notch by dynamo - 09/28/2007Great clean customer service area. The people are very communicative and friendly. They handled my calls with complete courtesy and were totally service oriented. They also did great work on my car, fixing a problem that another shop missed and did not get fixed. The price is reasonable and they were up front with me about whether it was really worth it to fix my car or not. I highly recommend them.
