Nice apartments, located in nice area of Grand Island. Heated pool is kept up nicely and is an added bonus! Apartments and grounds are very well cared for.

These apartments are very well constructed and cared for, low on utility bills, quiet, clean, and have a friendly staff/management. Highly recommend.

Great apartments and garden grounds!

I filled out many applications and viewed many apartments in the GI area, Piccadilly Square was by far the best pick. I've been living here for nearly 9 months now and still give the apartments two thumbs up. The management and workers genuinely love their job and strive to take care of their tenants, it shows. The apartments are nice, well-taken care of, nearly sound proof, newer wooden decks and the heated swimming pool is always a plus. The tenants that live near me all seem to be friendly and courteous. The garden grounds are so nice and peaceful, I highly recommend these apartments to any new-comers of GI.
