be prepared by Marcia - 07/31/2009I bought an electronic piano from these people and after they delivered it they promised to return to show me how to use it and set it up properly. I had just moved in up here in Portland and even the outlet that I plugged it into wasn't correctly wired. I don't play and I thought it would be cool to have such a beautiful instrument playing at parties and family gatherings. Well, all my calls to them ended with a promise that "Don would call" or "I've left a message for Don!" and nothing. Then apparently Don contracted near fatal poison oak and could not return to set up the piano until he was completely healed. Doctors orders. So, with another party looming, I called, hoping he was feeling better and we could get it working by the 18th. No, darn it that wouldnt be possible. So we booked out two weeks from that date. Would I like Thursday or Friday? Friday would work for me I guess. So here it is Friday, 2 p.m. and no call from Don. I call his store. "Marcia, you never told us
