I was on a roadtrip from ATL - LA
on the way to Arkansas we took a random exit and ended up at this wonderful restaurant in the middle of nowhere!

The best Chinese food in Jasper, by far. Everything served at the Phoenix is made when you order it. A buffet can be found on Wednesdays through Sundays - it's cheap and delicious.
