Good food. Decent but not great service, can be very slow at times, especially when the place it packed, which happens often on Fri and Sat nights. If you don't like waiting, then takeout is the way to go. My favorite is the stuffed squid, I also recommend the "make your own rolls" dish with the shrimp, any of the pho and the curry soup dish is good too. The hot and sour soup isn't good, the seafood soup lacks seafood and taste bland. I like that they have a large menu with lots of different kinds of dishes, that and the stuffed squid keeps me coming back.

Family friendly place that will accommodate large parties without reservations. We usually go to the Fowler location and they know us there. Their fresh spring rolls are no longer good, lacking most filling other than noodles and some dishes are anemic, lacking their usual tasty flavor as if cooked in a hurry. Nonetheless, we go at least once a month, sometimes with parties of 17 people with kids. Servce at the Fowler is good. Going to Hillsborough tonight and we'll see.

My first time coming in, I was waiting for five minutes before anyone greeted me. Another man came in and the waitress got him to a seat before me, though I was there long before he was. He asked the waiter to attend to me first, and then she came to me and I explained it was my first time there and I wanted to look at the menu. She gave me a paper copy of the menu and I decided on fried rice and lychee drink. She gave me fried rice with no soy sauce, but hot sauce (which I hate), and the lychee drink had compacted crushed ice in it to make it feel heavy, with a conveniently placed hole in the middle for the straw which provided 2 sips of actual lychee drink. She was very courteous in not giving me my money's worth. It seems certain people are favored here and they are the ones that get good service. I am never coming back here in my life.

The food is excellent most of the time. I love this place 99% of the time. I came on a Wednesday about two weeks ago for dinner and the curry dish was not very good, not sure if they had a new cook in that day or what. Weekends are a better bet for great food. The customer service is always great.
