Phillips' Floors, originally a custom wood company was started in 1993 by Tim Phillips. He had a plan to bring professionalism and service after the sale, to an industry that was lacking in that department. At that time the first Motto was established:"If we make a mistake don't judge us by the mistake but how we take care of it." We then set off to earn our share of the market, one customer at a time.

Our warehouse was Tim Phillips' garage. We used to unload the semi trucks of wood by hand. It wasn't long till the phone started ringing, the work started coming in, and it has never stopped.

We have made our customer the most important part of our business. Then our customers started to say, "Wish we could get our tile and carpet contractors to give us the same service you do." At that point it just seemed logical to once again give our customers what they asked for. Phillips' Hardwood Floors became Phillips' Floors, Inc. Our motto changed slightly to, "We Stand Behind What You Stand On."

We now offer everything under foot. We have come along way from the fall of 1993 and 3 employees. We now have 4 locations, and 80 employees. We believe in taking care of our employees the same way as we do our customers. Because of that, most of those who started with us years ago, are still working with us today.
